Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DatingAI (“DatingAI”, “we”, “us”), operated by Manna Moda, including the website, the downloadable desktop application, and the backend service. By subscribing to a plan or using the software, you agree to these Terms.

What DatingAI is

DatingAI is a software automation and AI-assist tool. It runs on your own Windows computer and helps automate profile decisions based on your preferences. The downloadable app currently supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 only; macOS, iPhone, Android, and browser-only use are not supported yet. DatingAI is a productivity tool only; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any dating platform.

User authorization

• DatingAI only performs actions after you install the app, enter your license key, verify access, and click Start Bot.
• By clicking Start Bot or enabling automation, you expressly authorize DatingAI to perform local actions on your behalf, including capturing visible profile content, requesting AI analysis, and clicking like/skip buttons according to backend decisions.
• You can stop the software at any time using Stop Bot.

Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your dating app account.
• You are solely responsible for complying with all third-party platform terms, rules, policies, and applicable laws.
• DatingAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hinge, Match Group, BlueStacks, Google, or any dating platform or emulator provider.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your license key secure.
• You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use dating and automation software.

Third-party platform risk disclosure

Please read this section carefully before using automation with any third-party platform.

• Automation on third-party platforms may violate those platforms’ terms or trigger enforcement.
• Possible risks include reduced account functionality, account restrictions, suspensions, bans, loss of matches or messages, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.
• We do not promise that the software is undetectable, ban-proof, safe from enforcement, or compliant with any third-party platform.
• You assume all risk from using automation.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee matches, likes, dates, conversations, relationships, account growth, attractiveness outcomes, or account safety. AI decisions are automated and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or imperfect. DatingAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Service availability

Service availability may depend on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our AI processing providers. Interruptions, changes, or outages in those services may affect DatingAI, and we are not liable for third-party downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DatingAI and Manna Moda are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, lost data, lost accounts, lost matches or messages, lost opportunities, lost profits, account restrictions, account bans, emotional distress, or actions taken by third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month or the prior three months, whichever is more appropriate to the claim.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DatingAI for any of the following:

• Harassment, stalking, or abusive messaging.
• Fraud, impersonation, or deception.
• Spam or scraping.
• Unlawful conduct.
• Evading platform safety systems.
• Resale or sharing of license keys.
• Reverse engineering of the software.
• Targeting protected classes or violating anyone’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, chargebacks or payment disputes, suspicious activity, or any violation of these Terms.

Subscription, cancellation, and refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
• Except as stated in our Refund Policy or where required by law, payments are non-refundable once digital access is provisioned or scans are used.
• Chargebacks may result in license suspension.

Dispute resolution and class action waiver

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than class actions or jury trials. To the extent permitted by law, you and DatingAI waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action, and agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity. This section may not apply where prohibited by law.

Note: this dispute-resolution section should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before relying on it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DatingAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
