This Privacy Policy explains what information DatingAI (“DatingAI”, “we”, “us”), operated by Manna Moda, collects, how we use it, and who processes it. By using DatingAI, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Your email address.
Stripe customer and subscription metadata.
Your license key and subscription status.
Usage counts and scan counts (for example, scans used and remaining).
Operational logs and error logs generated while running the service.
Profile screenshots or images you submit for analysis.
Basic device or app metadata necessary for support and debugging, if collected.

Information we do not collect

We do not intentionally collect full payment card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not ask for or store your dating app passwords, Google passwords, BlueStacks passwords, or Hinge credentials. You log into those services yourself, directly with the provider.
Please do not send us passwords or other sensitive personal information.

Profile images and AI processing

When the desktop app runs, it captures the visible profile image and content needed for analysis. That image is sent to our backend and to our AI processing provider to return a like/skip decision. Images may include profile photos and visible profile information shown on the dating app screen. Please do not upload or process sensitive personal information through the app. Images are processed to provide the decision and to operate the service, and are not intentionally retained for long-term storage.

AI provider and processors

We use third-party AI infrastructure and cloud providers to process profile images and return automated decisions. Data may be processed by those providers according to their applicable terms and security practices. We also rely on service providers for hosting, our database, and payments (Stripe). These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

How we use your data

To operate the service and return like/skip decisions.
To manage your license, subscription, and monthly usage limits.
To store usage counts, operational logs, and error logs for abuse prevention, billing, debugging, and analytics.
To provide support and respond to your requests.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors described above (AI processing, hosting, database, and Stripe) as needed to operate the service, or where required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your license key private.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account, license, subscription, and usage data as needed for billing, support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and service operation. You can contact us to make privacy requests, including access to or deletion of your data, subject to our legal and operational obligations. Email support@manna.moda.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of DatingAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
